When she's not hitting the gym or cheering for her favorite football teams, the FSU Seminoles and Baltimore Ravens, you can catch her enjoying quality time with her loved ones or browsing the aisles of Trader Joe's, her ultimate obsession. Her favorite role at Optimal Spine Wellness is being a part of a team that is dedicated to helping patients take steps daily to become healthier and better versions of themselves.
