CrossFit CVI - Constantly Varied Intensity This is more than a gym: Our box is a supportive community where everyone knows each other.
Since 2011, we’ve been supporting our members at CrossFit CVI to start their fitness journey or take it to the next level. There are no mirrors, machines or treadmills here, just barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, kettle bells, jump ropes and more. We work out together and get stronger together. One member’s success belongs to us all, and that mutual support is what drives us to achieve more than we could on our own.
