Our Summer Adventure, which will be Aug. 5-8, wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our community partners. This year, we'd like to thank Chief Financial CU as our Excursion Sponsor. Also, the Detroit Zoo has generously provided transportation and zoo admission for our adventurers and volunteers. Thanks to the Oakland Junior Grizzlies 2009, so came out and helped us clear out old furniture around HAVEN. They did a ton of heavy lifting!

Flint man found guilty of pointing gun at girlfriend, destroying her property A jury found Arthur Humphreys of Flint guilty of seven felonies and two misdemeanors, Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton announced in a news release. He faces up to life in prison.

The need is here, in Oakland County – and all over the state. These funds will help us provide crisis support, counseling services, a residential program, advocacy, and educational programs.
