It is, therefore, important for our thoughts and emotions to resonate positively and harmoniously with one another. Quantum Harmonic Resonance, is a process that uses sound and frequency to bring physiological and psychological Coherence and Balance into your Life.
It is through this Coherence and Balance, the marriage of Thought and Emotion, that allows us to experience healthy relationships, develop healthy coping and problem solving skills, manifest our desires, realize our full potential and live long and healthy lives!

Honesty and Communication are the staples of any healthy, strong relationship.
You will not have either, though, unless you take ownership and accountability for your intentions, your thoughts, your emotions and your feelings. There are no excuses. There is only Truth...
There are two reasons we experience Pain, Suffering and Discord. One, we look for and rely on the external, what's outside ourselves, for all our answers, our pleasures, our joys, our successes, our confidence, our worth, our stature; our place and Purpose in the world...we rely on the external to DEFINE us. What we find out and, what actually happens is, just the total opposite.
We end up with unanswered questions. We end up only experiencing brief moments of superficial pleasure, happiness and fulfillment. We experience limited success. We LOSE confidence. We HAVE no sense of value or Purpose or of who we are. We FEEL disconnected, separate and, different from the rest of the world and others...
And so, we fall into states of depression and hopelessness. We tell ourselves we are ugly, worthless and inferior. We become angry and bitter and resentful; all symptoms of our internal sadness. We end up feeling empty.
As a result, we never really end up knowing who we really are or, what our true power is or, our true potential or, our true Purpose or, our true beauty or, just how truly important our lives and our contributions, are in this world. Worst of all, we have NO sense of who we truly are.
Second, we have yet to acknowledge and accept that, everything is connected; that everything we believe, think, feel, say or do has a direct effect on others and, on everything around us. Because all these experiences, thoughts, feelings and emotions are manifested, and then, projected from within our Heart Center.
We live in a world of people, whose entire existence is predicated and dictated by external forces and stimuli. Education, Religion, Law, Government, Family, Peers and, all the other people we encounter, have a profound influence on what we think, what we feel, how we act, what we do and on what we say.
Now imagine an entire world, an entire collective, of people who are angry, resentful, depressed, self- loathing, lost, unhappy and unfulfilled and, who are left only with the question of WHY, WHAT and HOW? Imagine now, this collective manifesting and projecting all this negative energy onto everything around them and, because they all sought external forces to define them, they likewise seek an external force to blame all their pain and suffering on. 🤔🤔🤔
It isn't hard to see why we have the problems we have in the world today. Why there is so much division and violence and hate. Why so many of us live in despair, never seeing our hopes and dreams and desires come to fruition. It's not hard to see why so many of us have now become a slave and a prisoner of those external Truths.
In order to both, thrive and survive, in this Life, we must look WITHIN ourselves and, we must co-exist with one another as a Conscious collective; living in compassion, understanding, harmony, balance and love.
It is from looking Within, we discover who we are, our true potential, our skills and talents, our sovereignty, our Divinity, our worth and place in the world; thus realizing our true Purpose. Likewise, when we come to understand that we are all connected, that our survival and the abundance we can achieve as a collective, depends on us living and thriving as a collective.
We discover that we are all equal, that we all have equal value and that we all have something to contribute to our individual pursuits of achieving success and of manifesting our hopes and dreams into becoming our Reality.
So, if we truly want to end Pain and Suffering,we need to look WITHIN and then, unite and work with others; supporting and empowering each other, in order to build and foster communities of harmony, love and abundance for all. Do this and we can become Divine creators of a World of fulfillment, abundance, limitless potential and of Peace.
