Mental Health affects most of us at some point in our lives, especially when dealing with stressful times. Here at Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc, we want to recognize and acknowledge how important it is for you and your loved ones to receive help when you most need it.
In celebrating and honoring mental health month, we are focusing our efforts in decreasing the stigma attached to mental health. If you or a loved one are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health symptoms such as lack of motivations, decreased energy, feelings of sadness, inability to focus, sleep and mood disturbances, amongst others; please know that you are not alone, we are here for you.
