Neurotoxin and filler for the lower face. My focus is small changes over time. This was her third treatment of the filler toxin combination I like to use on the lower face. 💕

This gal is one of my favorite Clients. This is 5 years of injecting every 6 months to a year. (Nothing crazy but Maintence -it’s necessary to get/keep the results you want) She lets me decide how much and where to use my products. Filler builds on itself, so as we age if we keep replacing the volume loss and not add a ton of product your results will stay beautiful and natural. The bonus is everyone will say “how do you do it”! 💕💕💕

This is a vip client of a prestigious Medispa I collaborate with in town. The owner asked me to to concentrate using neurotoxin and filler on her lower face. What was interesting to me about helping her was she had a scar on her left face that I was obsessed with subsizing to fix. I was more concerned about it than the pt-and it worked. She is thrilled with her results. Again, this was with one syringe and neurotoxin. Does she need more- yes but over time… You don’t need 3 syringes of filler in one sitting to get beautiful results but your results are only as good as -your injector is at placing the product😉☺️xoxo

I find so much humor in trying to get my guy to animate his face after I Tox’d him.. Before the procedure, he behaves like a dog that doesn’t want a bath… He is not a fan of me coming at him with my syringes. 🤣🤣I love love love his results and when I’m happy he is happy.. xoxo

This is why I don’t inject tear troughs… it’s “not my bag baby” 🤣🤣.. Anyway, This is an “eye plastic surgeon. He is explaining a big complication of Under eye filler.. it’s swelling of lower eye second to slower lymph drainage. You see the filler particles block the drainage of the lymphatic system and this causes the swelling. The treatment is to dissolve it. It doesn’t always happen to everyone but it is a common compl and therefore a risk. So, if I was getting under eye trough filler, I would get in writing how much it’s going to cost to have it dissolved by them if this complication occurs. This way you know the total cost. You may def lcide just to have an ocular eye surgeon surgically repair your lower lid… Only when you ask these important questions about under eye filler and cost of diss can you MAKE a truly informed consent… 💕💕💕

evening I was reflecting on her aesthetic journey and how she came to me for “a little help”.
She didn’t know, “what she wanted but like
most of my clients she trusted me to decide what was best for her. She has been to me 6 or 7
Times over the past two years always and get my usual “tox and fill” combo. She sent me this pic on the right a couple of days after her fill. It’s not that typical immediately after “beautiful” “after” but it’s real. Her skin glows after her treatments, she always just looks refreshed-nothing crazy like an overfilled “pillow face”. I love the way this pretty gal’s lips turned out. This was her second lip augmetation procedure using Revanesse Versa.
The first reason don’t post many of my before after pics is because the before pics are on my clients phones (I take them for their reference first and mine second) I respect your privacy.(yes even though you sign all our (the injector) consents, it doesn’t mean we can just post your pics on whatever social platform we like. I feel it is considerate and respectful to always ask!

Post lip augmentation day #2 yep, used my favorite product again..

When my favorite clients bring me “their people”.. I keep thinking these girls can’t possibly be any prettier!! A little lip and nasal fold augmentation for this Barbie doll! Yes bruising happens. One tiny bruise on her upper lip. She trusts the persons that sent her (I don’t normally take on new clients) and now she trusts me!! Be cognizant ladies of who you let inject your face. Ask 1000 questions!! This gal did and I respected her as a client and as a person that much more!! So, when a solid female sends you another solid female that’s what’s up!!! Happy Saturday!

This client always tells me to just, “do whatever I think she needs”! These are my favorite kinds of peeps/I mean patients. I wanted to work on her lower face. My goal was to give her a more rounded youthful appearance. Bam! Mission accomplished! She is a beauty! Everyone wants great lips but it is 100% necessary to address all of the lower face and not stay focused on just the one or two areas the client would like addressed. Her face looks nice and full. She is really lean and did not like the facial hallowing. The after pic is very full but when she smiles she no longer has the crepe skin at her chin!❤️❤️

This is a lip injection techniques that patients sometimes look for is the “Keyhole Lip”. See where the lips are filled with a small gap in the center of the lips where the top and bottom lip meet that looks like a “keyhole”. This client didn’t ask me for it, she wanted big full lips but I decided this would be a good look for her. She is very happy with the results.
