Something to keep in mind as we begin this week: a lazy day is OK! 😌

Productivity gives us purpose and brings us happiness and fulfillment, but life is a balancing act, and sitting down to relax and just BE does not come as easily as it once did for me.
I struggle with guilt and shame over "not being productive enough" and it creates a domino effect of anxious feelings over what needs to be done and the time I'm wasting, etc., and I most certainly know I'm not alone on this!

Time Anxiety can be difficult to cope with, but I'm learning it is necessary for us to develop techniques to do so.

Relaxation and sleep are #1 in self care, helping us maintain proper mental and physical health, which without, there would be no "busy schedule" to speak of!

So, for myself and for those that may need to hear it — be gentle to yourself and enjoy the moments of stillness🧘🕊️
