Meta Business Suite is a free tool that you can use to check analytics & schedule on both Instagram & Facebook.

Canva Pro is a subscription based tool that you can use for branding & creating graphics for social media.

(There is a free version of Canva, but we prefer Canva Pro)

Chat GPT is an artificial intelligence program that you can use for content ideas, caption writing, etc.

Later Media is a subscription based scheduling & analysis tool that you can use on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.

Hootsuite is a subscription based digital advertising tool that manages and analyzes digital ads.

QuickBooks is a subscription based accounting tool that you use to track your expenses & income.

⭐️Networking. If you’re a new business owner, networking is your best friend! We attended multiple different networking events & individual meetings to expand our network and raise awareness about Frame Marketing. Not only did this get us clients, but we’ve learned so much from other business owners too!

⭐️Word of Mouth. Once we gained clientele & expanded our network we received referrals from clients & other business owners!

☁️Your highlights are just as important as your posts! They should include important & easily accessible information. Don’t throw all of your story content in your highlights. Try to pick up to date & useful information. Put yourself in your customer’s shoes and think about what questions they might ask when they first find your page.

☁️Your bio is just as important as your posts! Your bio should tell people exactly who you are and what you do. When somebody finds your page, you only have a few seconds to convince them they should follow you and check out your content!

☁️ Your name is just as important as your handle! Your name & your handle are one of the only pieces of searchable info on your page. Make sure to take advantage of this!

Want to increase your SEO on Instagram?

Try out these tips:

🥂 Your name & handle are searchable terms on instagram. Make sure you include keywords in your name line. For example, our name line says “Social Media Marketing Agency”. This will allow people to find us whether they search “Frame Marketing” (our handle) vs. “Social Media Marketing” (our name).

🥂Use the ALT text feature. This is a great way to include more keywords in your posts. To get this feature you click on Advanced Settings & scroll down to Accessibility where you’ll find “Write ALT text”

🥂Incorporate keywords in your hashtags. This is a great way to include a mix of niche topics along with location based tags. Try to incorporate hashtags that you think people would search for when looking for your page. For example, some of our most used hashtags are “social media marketing” & “Portland”.
