Step up in faith / GET'R DONE

creating housing/employment through services designated from local community needs life improvement opportunity

Initiative: show me you can
So, this is a tax incentive plan for employers that hire people suffering from homelessness / addiction issues
The idea is hire into existing positions or create new gradual entry position for these people understanding the situation they are coming from.
Knowing the hardships that come from homelessness/addiction employers willing to take on the cause of being first responders if this fight should receive tax breaks or be able to file directly to the dislocated worker grant and be compensated the expense of employing that person.
For example, 7-11 hires homeless person, out front of the store and puts them on payroll so they are now taxpayers and starts them at 3-4days a week for 2-3 hours a day paid daily and progressively bumps the days and hours up as the homeless person shows they can do it and are willing to.
1. The result of this employer helps underserved disadvantaged people gain employment and receives compensation for the expense directly through grants that already exists or tax credits
2. The homeless person becomes a taxpayer and earns money. By them taking part in this initiative it allows them to qualify to take part in other initiatives to secure the services needed to provide stability and housing
3. For the community this should result in less shoplifting and theft around the neighborhood because by providing gateway employment that is willing to acknowledge the issues of all sides and increasing enforcement and punishment for the ones that still chooses crime instead of work
4. And because we are creating new taxpayers and not wasting tax money spent throwing addicts in jail there should not be any new tax to carry out any of these initiatives

Employing the homeless to insure their independent growth and self sustainability at early stages we will utilize the homeless population to build the tiny home village and by doing this it will instantly make them taxpayers and start one of the many things that they need to do to become self-sufficient and rejoin as a contributing member of society . It will also teach them skills and it will build a sense of accomplishment and appreciation for the place and they will hopefully not want it trashy and will take better care of it then if is just given to them and we will be working with other employers to provide a continuing source of employment this project and assistance is not a treatment or a clean and sober program it is a meet you at whatever spot you are in and start with building good habits and goals and hopefully get the fire of life going again the only requirement is that you participate in some aspect of improvement of your life and situation through work = skill training or school and health services

What's the Goal
I intend to purchase run down house or vacant properties and remodel them for communal living that way the tenants will be able to afford rent and utilities since more people will be living in the place and the structure of the house will also provide employment and a ability to be self-sufficient there will be garden's for food and Income the house's will also have extra showers and that they can utilize for a small fee to also generate revenue to support the house and it will be a donation collection center for clothing and goods that can be posted on the internet and sold or yard sales can be done to generate revenue to support the tenants all in house income cover's rent and utilities first then the money is disturbed among the tenants according to the effort they put in any tenant that has employment elsewhere will be required to pay their percentage to the house and the houses will have a structure like oxford houses with a couple exceptions
