Erica is a seasoned hairstylist with a passion for transformation. Since obtaining her license in 2008, she has honed her skills under the guidance of top hairstylist mentors in the northwest. Over the past 15 years, Erica’s journey in the industry has seen her not only styling hair but also successfully managing two salons. Her expertise lies in creating looks that embrace change while maintaining practical, everyday manageability. Erica’s commitment to continuous learning is evident as she strives to expand her knowledge and expertise in the dynamic world of hairstyling.

Hi All! My name is Elle McCartin. I’ve always been so inspired by connection - whether it’s between humans and nature, the stories we share with each other or the inexplicable synchronicities that seem to pop up in everyday life. This concept of connection is the point of holistic esthetics and what I geek out on most. In addition to full body waxing, I offer microbiome and barrier focused facials with an emphasis on nervous system and lymphatic system support. These treatments are also a beautiful time to connect with your energetic body and inner self so that you can come away feeling refreshed and recalibrated on all levels of existence.

Hi I’m Jessica!

I have been an esthetician for eight years and a sugarista for five! My passion for sugaring started with my own struggle with unwanted hair and has led me to the path of helping others feel confident in their own skin!

When I’m not at the studio you can find me reading or relaxing with my kitties. I am a total sun chaser so its crazy to call portland home for ten years! In the summer you can always catch me at the river working on my tan. Dancing is my form of working out and I absolutely love cooking and eating my creations!

I’ve been a hairstylist for 11 years, and this is my second profession. I chose this career path wholeheartedly. What I love most about my job is connecting with people and witnessing the instant results of my work. My favorite type of coloring is blonde and everything related to it!

Originally from Ukraine, I’ve already visited more than 20 countries. I have a small hobby - photography, and I’m enthusiastic about both cooking and experiencing different cuisines.”

Hi friends, I’m Taylor, and I’ve been in the industry for over a decade. I recently took the exciting step of owning Luminary, a dreamy salon tucked away in the heart of Southeast Portland.

Over my career, I’ve honed my skills and found my true passion—enhancing each client’s natural beauty through seamless, natural looking color and customized extensions. My mission is to provide an atmosphere where we can work collaboratively to identify your hair needs and develop a safe and efficient plan to achieve your dream hair. With a meticulous eye for detail and commitment to quality products, I specialize in creating those signature, effortlessly beautiful looks.

Outside of the salon, I’m your typical PNW gal. I enjoy the outdoors, exploring new restaurants and breweries, and spending time with my husband and pup. Beyond hair and beauty, I value the connections I make with clients and feel fortunate to spend my work days helping my clients feel beautiful and confident.

I describe my style as “timeless, feminine, and romantic.” With 14 years in the industry I’m a master cut and colorist, and am still deeply passionate about my work. I want to bring power and voice to all women by creating beautiful, healthy hair.

Hello I’m Wren! Im a Florida native but have lived in Portland for the last decade. I love singing karaoke, cooking and hanging out with my two wiener dogs Dobie and George. I’ve been practicing esthetics for the last nine years and I’m currently getting my tattoo license to practice permanent makeup, stay tuned!

Hi, I am Amber Rae!
If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be: unique. I approach personal style through the lens of mood, energy, and amplifying yourself.

If I had two more words, they would be: military brat. I've lived all around the world and I had a lot of enjoyable experiences by a young age.

When you check out my profile, you might notice that I do not I have a particular niche; I enjoy the beauty in all different shapes and colors. My goals for you are to find the cut and/or color that best suits you and your lifestyle, and to facilitate your ideal self care time while you're with me - from calm and reading a book to chatting and laughing about everything and nothing at all.

My long term goal is to one day own a hair design school where students will be inspired!

Tia has been a practicing esthetician for over 22 years. Her passion is “helping you feel like your best you.” Being an esthetician has opened the door to many different avenues in the industry. Waxing, bridal and editorial makeup, facials, lash lifts and eyebrow lamination. The list goes on. Her makeup has even been published in magazines. “I love what I do and I can see myself practicing for another 22 years.”
Tia is a native Oregonian and has much appreciation for hiking, backpacking and camping. She’s extremely excited to share the love of the outdoors with her 3 year old son.
