We had such a blast hosting the Living Room Realty booth at Multnomah Days on Saturday! This is always one of our favorite events of the year and this year did not disappoint.
In fact, this was the most well-attended event in recent memory, as far as we could tell. (Our booth was so busy that we hardly had a chance to snap any pics once the day got started! 🙃) But we loved every single minute. We met some really amazing people and our Real Estate Trivia Game was a huge hit with both kids and adults.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by, spun our “real estate wheel of fortune”, and grabbed a popsicle for the road. We love being a part of this incredible SW Portland community and are already looking forward to creating more memories at Multnomah Days next year!

📈 Price reductions are trending upward this month with nearly half of the active listings taking a price reduction. Interestingly, more are occurring in the lower price points, showing how powerful rate reductions will be for first-time homebuyers. A hyper-local pricing analysis is key right now. Also, we are seeing what a split market looks like; super well-presented homes are selling faster, often with multiple offers, as always.
