๐ The latest Market Action Report is out! In May, the real estate market was buzzing with activity. We saw an increase in new listings and closed sales compared to both the previous month and year. However, there was a slight decrease in pending sales compared to last year, and homes are staying on the market a bit longer. This indicates that while more homes are available and being sold, buyers might be taking longer to finalize their purchases.
