What a fun night for some of the lucky employees and their family members of Ramsay Signs & Heath Northwest to be riding on the official pace Sign Truck and sponsor of Portland's Rose Festival Starlight Parade . This parade goes down 3.1 miles of Portland's down town area and attended by over 300k parade spectators ! Great to see Portland enjoying their beautiful City again !

Office Assistant
Ramsay Signs is seeking an entry-level, self-motivated person to become a member of our team. The office assistant will possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to staffers and executive leadership.
The office assistant will have a strong emphasis on supporting staff whose focus are billing, accounts receivable, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties include but are not limited to;
• Answer telephone calls while using proper telephone etiquette and a professional speaking tone. Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and take accurate messages when staffers are unavailable.
• Filing, process credit card transactions, verify purchase orders
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, and mailing receipts
• Track certificates of insurances utilizing Excel
• Other clerical office duties as required.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word is required. Excellent attendance is a must. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm which includes a 60 min unpaid meal break and two, ten minute paid breaks.
Medical and dental benefits are available the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer; 401k with company match, paid holidays, Paid Time-Off, and group term life insurance.
