Last weekend we had the pleasure of celebrating women entrepreneurs in our local community with Gather Oregon at Lee Farms. We had the opportunity to connect with several Oregon ag-tourism and small business makers over a special farm-to-table dinner.

Last week our Western Regional Manager, Patrick, had the opportunity to demo Sonetics for a heavy equipment manufacturer at Dig This Las Vegas. The company spends a lot of time training crew members on their equipment, which can be challenging in a large group. Sonetics is helping them with a communication solution that gives them hands-free instruction on multiple channels so they can avoid confusion when multiple conversations are happening at once.

We spent the day with Utility Sales Agents of North Texas at the Texas Lineman's Rodeo. Linemen from around the state showed off their critical line skills climbing, working off a pole, and using hot sticks. Great job to the 120 apprentices and 16 teams that competed today!

The Supreme Vac team was having a hard time communicating from loud noise on jobsites, and they couldn't hear each other without taking out their ear plugs. Supreme Vac provides 24/7 hydrovac, steam, and vacuum truck services in Edmonton, Canada. They've been using Sonetics headsets the past few years to resolve their communication challenges.

Braydon from their field operations team says: "The [Sonetics] system has been a great integration into our work operation. It makes us much more efficient, not having to yell at guys. We definitely save our voices. I love that it’s just like talking on the phone. Everything can be heard instantly."

Last week we joined Fish & Wildlife instructors at their continuing education event in Nevada, where they facilitated refresher training on various equipment using our headsets. Before, they had to stop the whole class several times and repeat themselves. With Sonetics, they could have one-on-one conversations without disrupting the group training.

A three-vehicle collision left a semi-truck dangling over a bridge across the Ohio River on Friday. Suburban Towing Inc used their Sonetics wireless headsets for team communication to safely retrieve the vehicle. Firefighters successfully pulled the driver to safety! Amazing work.
