Today Station L celebrated 30 years of racing, training, thousands and thousands of meters, countless smiles and friendships formed in the “Phyllis Townsend.” Purchased new in 1994, the boat was named by lan Townsend in honor of his mother. The boat now transitions to to continue supporting new rowers and build the traditions of camaraderie and community.

4 mixed doubles down the course today. Lars and Dorothy were fast and were 2nd after handicap. Bows 17, 18, 19 were all Station L. So basically a 4650 meter race piece. So much fun.

Charlotte rowed a strong beautiful race placing one spot above last year. 3rd in the Club singles.
