Hey everyone! As of 12:00PM today, all duplicate charges have been found and resolved, refunds are being issued. The process can take between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or type of card used. If your card is currently frozen or locked, the refund could take longer.

We wish it could be sped up, but unfortunately that is the fastest the banks can do anything, we appreciate your understanding while this problem was resolved.

We're still working on the credit card issue! Some refunds and voids are currently underway, unfortunately it may take 24-72 hours depending on your bank.

The rest of the audit is underway to resolve the extra card charges. Some of you have already called and progress is underway!!!

However, we have to politely ask that no threats of bodily harm or threats of violence against our staff and building will be tolerated. We understand you may be fired up over this (as are we), but threatening to burn down the building is a quick way to have GPD contact you.

Thanks for those of you that have been patient, we will continue to update as we have more information.

We were able to escalate our situation with our credit card processor. There will be an internal audit on all transactions for the week to remove any duplicate charges. We are hoping to have an update by tomorrow as to the progress made.

Due to a small internet outage on Friday, we have been working to make sure our credit card processing can run flawlessly.

Unfortunately. A small number of people have experienced duplicate charges for the same dollar amount on their bank statements.

If this has happened to you, we only need the last four on the card used, the dates, and number of transactions that occurred.

Feel free to drop that info off or call it in (do not post or message it) and we will do our best to get it resolved in a timely manner.
