We wait all year for the heirlooms to be a perfect ripeness for everybody’s favorite BLT-inspired, shaved corn and Raschera cheese laden summertime pizza ALLSTAR. So good you’ll struggle to get a photo before everyone dives in for their first slice 🫣

Our pasta selections change daily, but we’ve recently been vibing on fresh Italian-riviera inspired classics like linguine with clams, capers, white wine, butter, parsley and garlic-chili breadcrumbs. Dinner service starts at 5!

Still reeling from the ‘Sit With Us’ dinner, which feels like a million years ago, but was just a short 3 weeks past. Naomi was such an advocate and powerhouse when it came to women’s representation in the kitchen, in hospitality, and in our community. This dinner felt special, in more ways than one. . .

Forever grateful of our time spent working alongside her and for all the inspiration and camaraderie shared together 💕🍒✨

Chef told me he ate 5 BLTS last week. I watched our expo devour a WHOLE heirloom like an apple, accompanied by just a packet of salt after service. How are you getting your fix? Have you eaten a tomato today?! ✨🍅✨

It’s been difficult to put into words the heartbreak we feel about our friend Naomi’s tragic and sudden passing last Saturday. . .

Her legacy lives on in more ways than her boundless culinary aesthetic. We, as a community and as a restaurant, are beyond grateful for the years we’ve spent in the kitchen creating, and at the table connecting over good food, great wine, and countless culinary events that have been become legendary in Portlands food-scene.

Our world just won’t be the same without you. . . 💔

Pizza is only a PART of what we do well , but we couldn’t of brought home such an achievement without our amazing Back of House team, from the bakers proofing our dough, to the pizzaiolas stretching, our wood-fired pizza is an absolute labor of love in every step of the way. . .
