It's been a whole year since my last day at work, and oh my, what a year! Reflecting back on pregnancy and birth, to becoming a mother and a stay at home parent, just wow. It's a wild journey; both the best thing ever and the most challenging. I'm grateful to have a happy and healthy kiddo.

I'm thankful for all of you. Your patience and kind words have been much appreciated!

Hi folks! I was approved for 14 weeks of leave thanks to the new Oregon Paid Leave program, so I'm planning to remain at home with my little guy through the end of the year!

He's finally here! Our babe was born on 6/18 (fashionably late at 41w+3d) and we returned home just yesterday afternoon. We are over the moon about him! 🥰🥰🥰

Oof, throwback to my office before the remodeling happened! My room didn't exist and the whole place had old purple carpet... New flooring, paint, barn doors, and lighting makes such a difference, doesn't it!? 😂☺️☺️

Hiya! I'm now almost to my 3rd trimester (woah), so looking a bit different these days as this boy continues to grow.

I'm able to comfortably see 2-3 clients per day, 4 days per week right now but I may start to further limit longer sessions and prioritize craniosacral sessions as needed. I'll keep my scheduling page up to date with any changes!

One of the goals of The Upledger Institute International is to teach people that they play the most active role in their own health.

ShareCare workshops were designed by Dr. John E. Upledger specifically for persons with no prior knowledge of anatomy or physiology. Dr. Upledger is the osteopathic physician who led the research team to establish the scientific basis for a craniosacral system. He has shown how the system could be used to evaluate and treat misunderstood malfunctions involving the brain, spinal cord, and a myriad of other health problems such as chronic pain, lowered vitality, recurring infections, etc.

I think it's worth pointing out that 2023 will mark some big milestones for me!

-10 years as an LMT this May (hence photo from 2013)
-I turn 39 this month... last year of my 30s!!

-Celebrate my 1 yr wedding anniversary this month

-and the big one.... become a parent, OMG!
