Big Changes Coming to PrimeMLS Today, July 15th! 🌟

Heads Up - New Hampshire and Vermont real estate agents! Here’s what you need to know about today's big update to PrimeMLS:

🚫 No More Broker Compensation Info:
As per the NAR Settlement, all broker compensation fields are being removed from PrimeMLS. This means you won’t see cooperative compensation info in Paragon Professional, Paragon Connect, or any report views and listing inputs.

📵 Restrictions on Compensation Data:
You can't use MLS data to set up or keep a platform that offers compensation from multiple brokers. If this rule is broken, access to MLS data could be cut off. Keep it straight, folks!

✍️ Mandatory Buyer Agreement:
Working with a buyer? You’ll need a written agreement before home tours start. Got that agreement handy? PrimeMLS will need it within 4 business hours if they ask for it.

🤝 Concessions Stay Optional:
No changes here! Concessions remain optional and depend on your broker’s office profile choices. PrimeMLS is still pondering over potential tweaks, but nothing new for now.
