The Patient Care Coordinator (also known as Health Unit Coordinator or HUC) assists in facilitating patient care services. Help manage a patient’s healthcare and treatment needs by maintaining open lines of communication between a patient and their healthcare providers in hospitals, doctors’ and dentists’ offices, nursing care facilities, and specialty care centers. Learn strong organizational, computer technology, and interpersonal communication skills to help ensure patient needs are met. Take on administrative responsibilities in assisting with a patient’s case management. Course includes medical terminology and textbooks.

IDAHO WAGES AND DEMAND FOR TRUCK DRIVERS CONTINUES TO GROW
The Idaho Department of Labor reports that this month there are
169 job openings for heavy and tractor-trailer truck drivers in Idaho.
Between 2018 and 2022, the average wage for this profession has increased 20.2%, reaching $24.48 per hour.
Most individuals entering this field require a commercial driver's license and Idaho LAUNCH offers funding to support this process.
