I do not take my freedom for granted as an American, especially as a New Yorker; and I'm grateful for those that put their lives on the line. I hope this one tiny, small act of kindness shows how big our appreciation is for our nation's greatest. 🇺🇸 Thank you Kira (2020) Nicole (2022) & Brian for your help & support yesterday. On January 1, 1797, Albany replaced Kingston as capital of New York. The choice came as a defensive measure with Albany's inland location. Additionally, it connected to NYC via the Hudson and also trade in the interior making it an ideal and safe spot.

Ok everyone....Sally is making the "adopt a shepherd" certificates now....we have one for Josiah....and I am putting what he needs below....pls feel free to the word "ME" if you'd like to sponsor an item he needs....even if you want to go in with someone else....we do need new crates, so we've added those as well.

We also need cleaning supplies for overall cleaning, so we are happy to see cathy is helping us with her Scentsy collection. They are non toxic cleaners and you are supporting a small local business. Miss Queen City Of The Hudson 2023 attended the Out Of The Darkness by American Foundation for Su***de Prevention on the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park on Oct 10th, 2023!

Although we are not having Trunk-Or-Treat this year, we would like to invite you all to a Spooktacular night of fun at our final Second Fridays @ Eastdale Village of the season on Friday, October 13th! 🎃In addition to our usual food trucks & live music, we will be transforming Cottage Square into a hauntingly good time. The first 100 kids will receive a free pumpkin and decorating kit, and there will be a judged Halloween costume contest. We hope to see you there! 👻
