Visiting RJ this weekend and working out this morning at a "different gym"... wondering how does Powell Fitness survive when there are shiny new clubs... with rows and rows of pretty equipment... able to observe from my "perch".. on top of my stepmill here.. the difference is people... not that there's anything wrong with the lovely people here at the gym... but there's no comraderie... no support... no team... no family... just fitness minded people "grinding" out a workout!

Remember me:)? There’s an ugly rumor floating around (I know because I started it) that I am returning to work next week.. well that ain’t happening! The infection in my hip is gone! And they have moved up my surgery of removal of the temporary hip and to put back in a replacement hip to February 1st! Just an update! Hopefully I’ll be back at it and good as new by mid February! Miss you all! This has been rough! See you soon❤️❤️
