Well well well, the Maxwell’s are swell!

They began as a buy/sell. They evolved. I listened. I served their needs. I didn’t force it. I didn’t chase the pay day. I did what was right for them. That’s my self review. That’s what makes me proud. I don’t think I share that with you all enough.

Allow me to re-introduce myself. My name is Austin!

I am 38, I am losing my hair, I have tried very hard to get back to weigh sub 180. I fluctuate between 175-182, I think that puts me as overweight if you follow BMI, but if you’ve ever seen my biceps💪🏻 you know dem things carry some weight!

Anyways moving on from my measurables and to my personhood. I’m a spontaneous-perfectionist. What that means is I have high standards for myself and others but I don’t have some crazy habitual routine. I think that’s the performing artist in me. I get verrrrry involved in my passion projects. My business both thrives and thwarts because of this. If you have worked with me you know I care a ton about you! I like explaining things, probably over explaining, but I do so to make sure you feel cared for and have everything you need. I guess how I try to navigate that is working very hard to know everything but humble enough to know I don’t know everything. And I’m not afraid to share it. To wrap up my personhood I am a family man, but also fairly independent in nature. I’m a high-functioning social introvert.

My family is really important to me. My wife is my rock. She is smarter than me, kinder than me, more organized than me, more practical than me, more certain of things than me. And I’m certain I am deeply in love with her. We have been together for almost 20 years. We have three boys Eli (16) Giles (13) Charlie (10). Each of them so smart, so gifted, and so kind like their Mama! She has instilled in them a love for one another too, they are close friends! “Friends will come and go, but your Brother will be there for you till the end of time” -Jancis
As a family we like to explore new things together, travel, play, argue, joke, and listen to music.
