It’s a picture perfect Friday evening to enjoy our King of Siam pizza with friends and family outdoors! This crowd pleaser is made with rotisserie chicken, julienned carrots, mozzarella cheese, Thai peanut sauce, scallions, cilantro, basil and chopped peanuts, drizzled with hoison sauce! Delish 😮‍💨

Glad we can all agree mornings are better (or bearable) with a dose of caffeine to start. You choose: iced or hot?! Don’t forget a donut on the side! 😉 ☕️

Our Green Goddess Dip (AKA Green Goddess Dressing) is made with an abundance of fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and our from scratch mayo made with local free-range eggs.

We source our eggs from Farmer Jo Beach, who raises chicks from 6 weeks old on an all-natural, GMO-free diet.

When Caffetteria first opened, Jo Beach’s husband handed her a magazine with a photo of the newly opened restaurant. He told her she needed to introduce herself to Jo Marie and see if she was in the market for local eggs. After an astounding “yes”, their partnership was born!

Now, Jo Beech delivers her eggs three times a week to ensure the eggs on your plate are as fresh as possible. You’ll find these delicious eggs in many of our salads, dressings, dips, and breakfast dishes.

Meet Jo & John! Talk about a dynamic duo 🤝

Jo Marie (our founder) and John (Director of Operations) have quite the relationship. You might hear Jo refer to John as her “work husband”, but rest assured, he’s happily married and there is zero jealousy. These two have been in the business for a combined 85+ years. Yep, you heard us right. When you combine Jo, the creative brain, with John, the numbers & analytics guy, it’s nothing short of magic.

After working together for 3+ years, John & Jo practically have a telepathic relationship at this point. Or as Jo would say, they “share a brain” and often text each other the same exact thing when it comes to running Caffetteria and their sister store

When Jo Marie interviewed John, whether it was the 5 different languages he speaks or the immense experience and knowledge he brought to the table, Jo was determined to hire him regardless of what it took.

Don’t be shy to say “hello” next time you see them! They’ll probably pull up a chair and chat for awhile ❤️
