It's National Mushroom Day!

Culinary mushrooms make for a lovely way to add in hearty minerals and nutrients, especially if you choose a no-meat diet. I've made some AHHH-Mazing faux scallops and calamari, as well as Thanksgiving "tuRAWkey" patties using shiitake and king oysters!

My organic garden in Hawaii and California performed best when I opted for mycospore powders as a natural deterrent for ground fungi and pests.

After researching OTC medicinal AND psychedelic varieties at Univ of Hawaii in a Botany/Physiology course, I chose to add these nootropics into my lifestyle to assist my immune system and brain health through my healing journey from what I now know was hyperchemical toxicity from mold and other sources.

The best documentary to date is Fantastic Fungi, which I watched just a few years ago with my daughters (YAY homeschooling). They were able to gain a deeper understanding of all the practices we had incorporated over the years.
