Spring Break 2024
Shooting Camp/ Speed and Agility
We will be having our Annual Spring Break Shooting Clinic with Speed & Agility work. Our trainers will be focusing on 4 different aspects of the Game
1. Shooting Mechanics.
2. Ball mastery creating space for a shot.
3. Receiving and Shooting
4. Shooting under pressure.
For our Speed work, we will be focusing on the Athletes Mechanics. Teaching correct form and efficient movement of the extremities. Below is the link to sign and complete payment to secure your slot as these slots are limited and run out quickly.

Every session is a progressive building block moving from one level to the next. Teaching your player in a progressive manner allows the player to master specific areas of the game. Resulting in your player’s ability to reach success on the field.
