......7 WEEK FIGHT CUT PLAN .....
Nutrition guide lines
1.. cut out all additional salt from your diet
2.. drink 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day ( you need to p*e alot)
3.. just watch your carb intake use them as fuel before you train
4.. do not restrict calories just keep it clean
5.. the hardest ZERO SUGAR
TRAINING PLAN .. 3 days a week at fight club
regular class
extra Cardio 6 days a week
Monaday .. Wednesday .. Friday...
am 45min to 1hr of HIT style cardio ..you can
Row.. Run.. Bike.. Bike erg.. Echo Bike or Swim
but do this all on empty just black coffee if u need it drink water.. PM 45min to 1hr of endurance based cardio keep your heart rate in Zone 2 you can Google how to do that tons of good info on the net..
Tues .. Thurs.. Saturday..
🥊Class then strength training you can do Crossfit .. or good old fashioned body building lifts hit all the major muscle groups
this is just a guide line I try to stick to I still have other responsibilities and a family to take care of .. do the best you can and trust me you will see results..
you can always make the cardio Harder by using a sauna suit I DO.. but I DO NOT recommend you guys using one daily easy your way in with it .. it can get dangerous.
For recovery beside your Nutrition I highly recommend Hot/Cold therapy get in the shower and get your body as hot as possible then quickly cool it off right now just walk outside or turn on the cold water ... repeat the process 3 times 2 to 3 times daily ..
Finally on non spar days I fast until 12 or 1pm
and still train using only black coffee and supergreens/ bcaa until I break my fast ..
I can mange to drop 15 plus lbs in 6 to 7 weeks this way REMEMBER THIS IS A FIGHT CUT ..
I walk around at 202/205 and cut to 190 for my fights ..

1.. hot shower hot enough to make you sweat
for 20 min..
2.. buy a Sauna suit they are dirt cheap on Amazon. walk 20 min in the suit take it off 20 min Hit run put it back on walk 20min
