Vote YES—Twice for Prosser Schools!!
It is good to know that kids are being taken care of while they are spending their days at school. There are so many situations that these staff members take care of, and it helps our kids feel safe knowing there is someone they can go to if they are not feeling well! 🩹🩺

Each Levy is a set rate for each year of the 4 year term : it does not increase each year by the amount listed. It is that set amount per year. $2.00 per 1,000 of assessed value for the EP&O (Replacement) & $0.35 per 1,000 of assessed value for the Capital Levy.

⭐⭐Reminder! Hope to see you there!⭐⭐
There are two propositions on the ballot - here is a clarification as to the two different levies and what each one will fund.
Proposition 1 is a replacement of the current EP&O Levy.
💥This is NOT a new tax💥
Proposition 2, Capital Levy, is new and the district will use these funds through the next four years to fund essential safety, security, and infrastructure improvements.
Difference between Capital Levy & a Bond:
Bond is for Buildings : This money is spread over a longer term - to make it more manageable, like a mortgage
The Capital Levy : This money is for building repairs and different projects throughout the district. The dollar amount is not as high, so can be done on a shorter term - more like a car loan.
For more information on both the EP&O Levy and the Capital Levy go to:

If you still have questions about the EP&O Levy (Replacement of current) & Capital Levy, please attend either:
Tuesday, January 30th at 7 PM at Housel Middle School
or
Wednesday, January 31st at 5 PM at the Prosser Community Center. Hope to see you there!
