Happy freakin’ Birthday to our new Chef Sam Whatley! Recently taking over our little kitchen at THE ROYAL BOBCAT, Chef Sam has been part of the family for years slingin’ tasty food at our sister establishment as well as cooking hearty winning meals for the at along with the staff, sports teams and students at Bryant University. We’re so excited to see (and taste!) the continually growing cajun menu that SADIES on the Bayou will be serving up every day. Cheers to you Sammy, and we’ll see y’all at the show.
