Join us on one of our five FREE guided tours of Providence art spaces on our next Gallery Night May 18.

The 6:30 pm trolley or mini coach tour will depart from WaterFire Arts Center and be led by Barbara Zdravesky with guest guide Dr. Eric Sung.

The tour will see two exhibits exploring climate change at Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts , landscape paintings by Jens Retlev at Cafe Choklad , three different exhibits at the Gallery at Sprout CoWorking and the largest One Gun Gone exhibition to date at WaterFire Arts Center.

New at Cafe Choklad! We have Swedish Cardamon Buns. A traditional Swedish pastry loved by all. Come on down and enjoy a bun with your favorite tea or coffee drink.

Happy Valentine’s Day! Come on by and have a cupcake by the fire, or take one (or two) home for that special someone. We are open weekdays 8-4, except Friday when we close at 3.

Our pastry counter is bursting! We have it all today. Chocolate fudge brownie with chocolate ganache and flourless peanut butter cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies. Oh my! Come on by for a sweet treat with your latte. We are open until 4:00 Monday-Thursday and 3:00 on Friday.

Happy New Year from Cafe Choklad. And….. our new menu is here! We have added the beloved Cafe Quesadilla and are introducing a Hummus Wrap (with an amazing balsamic vinaigrette!) Regulars, don’t fret, we still have the tried and true Cuban and Caprese. And we are introducing a new rosemary focaccia bread. It’s going to be an exciting year!

Our imported Belgium chocolates from Neuhaus Chocolatier have arrived! Perfect for a holiday gift or a December treat. Come on down! We are open 8-4 Monday thru Thursday and 8-3 on Friday.

It’s 63 degrees and raining in Providence but extra cozy at Cafe Choklad with our fire roaring! Happy fall. We also just got in our pumpkin spice coffee syrup. Come on in for a seasonal drink.

We have quiche today! The lazy days of August are almost over and we look forward to welcoming back all of our students, faculty and staff from neighboring colleges. Come on by for lunch and a baked treat.
