Providence Latin American Film Festival (PLAFF)

Providence Latin American Film Festival (PLAFF)

The Providence Latin American Film Festival (PLAFF) is the largest Latin film festival in all of New England.

We feature films from Spain, Portugal and all Latin America. PLAFF is one of the few competitive Latin Film Festivals in the country, with a jury comprised of international industry professionals and local filmmakers, who gather during the festival to choose the winner of the award for the Director's Opera Prima (First Work). Panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, music and dance concerts take place along with our unique program of selected films.
