CULTURE FEST RI '24 Culture Fest Rhode Island 2024

Culture Fest RI kicks off tomorrow night with our 18+ comedy showcase presented in partnership with Blaq Sav! Are you excited? We are! We have something for everyone during this FREE, family friendly, three-day celebration of cultures.

On Saturday, we start with a farmer's market that starts at 9AM. Then from 11:30AM-7:30PM, there are more than 60 vendors to shop from, yoga to stretch with, deejays to groove to, and more than a dozen acts to be entrained by, including Lukie Spitta, Najee Janey, Tye Cooper, Michael Clark and Dezzae.

And then we have Poetic Sessions inside Southside Cultural Center of Rhode Island in the evening with some of the finest poets from Rhode Island, Mass, Connecticut and New York.

On Sunday, we will back from 11:30AM-7:30PM with a work out session at noon followed by more great music, more vendors, line dancing and additional performances from An Artist Named Flizz, Dance BFF, Erik Andrade, Rosababy and more.

Celebrate Diversity This Weekend at CultureFest RI - Rhode Island Monthly Culture Fest RI is the perfect way to celebrate diversity in Rhode Island this weekend. This free event will take place June 28–30 at the Southside

Boston rapper/singer/songwriter Najee Janey, a three-time Boston Music Award nominee for Best R&B and Unsigned Artist of the Year, is going to be on the Culture Fest RI stage this Saturday!

He has published songs for HBO’s sitcom RAPSH!T and Tyler Perry’s SISTAS, and continues to trailblaze a new music genre of “hip hop soul” with the recent release of his long awaited project – “Break Free."

Come out an enjoy Najee, our other amazing performers, all our 60+vendors for that day, the deejays spinning all the hits, and so much more from 11:30AM-7:30PM. There's also a pop-up farmer's market Saturday morning from 9AM-1PM.

This three-day festival at Southside Cultural Center of Rhode Island is a FREE, family-friendly celebration for all. We can't wait to see you there!

Alisha Pina, Blaq Sav and Damont Combs did a great job telling all to come out and support culture and community from June 28-30 at Southside Cultural Center of Rhode Island. Many thanks to Dj Franchise and Chip Tillman and all the rest at the station for having us.

We have more than 60 vendors and multiple family-friendly acts from hip hop to jazz to Afro beats to capoeira on the stage during the day as well as yoga, a farmer’s market, and our comedy and poetry nights. This must attend experience, the kickoff event for summer, is FREE!
