This year's ballot is a big one, with many races and issues. Take some time today to research the candidates, propositions, and amendments that may be on your ballot, or make plans to attend an event like a townhall to learn more.
Are you registered to vote? Is your registration out of date? Check your status and update your registration at vote.utah.gov. Don't wait too long. The deadline to register and receive a ballot in the mail is Friday, October 25th.

Big success in encouraging voters to use Election Drop Boxes or voting in person over using the US Postal Service to return ballots and KSL did a great job of covering the success.
Data shows most Utah County voters didn't mail ballots; turnout rates differed slightly Following the decision to no longer pay for postage, in-person ballots increased by 20 percentage points in Utah County while projected turnout rates are 39 percent, up by less than two percent from the 2022 primaries.
