As of September 30th we will be discontinuing our practice on the Sunrise Medical Campus. It has been an honor to serve this community over the last 18years, and we are especially grateful for your support during these last 18 months, which have been a challenge for everyone.

We all know we should be staying properly hydrated. It can be hard.

One of the ways I can keep my water interesting is to enjoy "spa water" by infusing citrus and mint or cucumber slices. I also love these add ins for an extra detox boost!

💦Water is SO important for health and vitality!

Shoot for HALF your body weight in oz of filtered water. I find its helpful to drink 12-16 oz before every snack, or meal for the day.
