Today was the last day for Chandler’s Class of 2024. They are saying goodbye with a Senior Sunset Movie. Congrats and good luck Class of ‘24.

We are at an annual Kentucky Derby party. To say a party is actually an understatement. Everyone gets dressed up, BBQ, mint juleps, big hats and of course our providing the greatest 2 minutes in sports.

Sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t exactly cooperate with our events. With wind gusts at 30 mph, it is unsafe to operate our screen. Fortunately, the schools gym was a perfect plan B venue. The screen fit perfectly inside and we were able to pivot our plans to pull off a successful school event.

We were able to set up in some pretty beautiful spots last night.

Yesterday was cold, rainy and windy. Tonight’s forecast: absolutely wonderful. Perfect weather.

Arrived to set up a movie and weather showed 5mph winds and partly cloudy with 10% chance of rain for rest of the evening. 40 minutes later, I was just finishing setting up, and the weather changed to 70% chance of rain and 15 mph winds and 20-25 mph gusts. I was able to finish putting everything away just before the rain showed up. It is amazing how quick the weather can change on us. Safety and comfort for our clients and their guests will always be top priority. We will reschedule and provide the best movie experience for our clients soon.
