Yesterday, I successfully closed on the sale of my client's home within just 30 days of listing it.To achieve this, I devoted a lot of time and resources to marketing the property and presenting it in the best possible light. .Let me tell you a story about how I was able to help a client accomplish her dreams 👍🏼😃Once upon a time, there was a client who had always dreamed of owning a home in Gilbert. However, finding a property within her price range proved to be quite difficult in 2020. She worked with a real estate agent named Ramon, who was determined to help her fulfill her dream.
After losing out on a few properties due to other competitive offers.Her realtor Ramon suggested looking at new build communities in East Mesa. The client was initially hesitant but was eventually won over by the thought of a future increase in property value.
