Before this month is out, we wanted to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month

LET IT GO

Set it swirling down the stream of life.
Watch it drifting away.
Let it go.

It may snare on a log.
Don’t retrieve it.
Let it go.

It may hang up on floating debris
Don’t poke at it.
Let it go.

You may feel a yearning as it goes.
After all it’s been a part of you for ever so long.
Let it go.

Where it was, leaves a big whole in your soul.
You feel so empty without it.
But let it go.

It cost you so much in peace and freedom.
Trust that there’s new opportunity.
If you let it go.

There may be wisps of regret and remorse,
But the breath of hope can brush them away.
Until it’s downgraded to just a fleeting thought.

Name what it is that you need to let go.
Silence its siren’s call
Do not wish it back as it disappears.

I have been a PTA for 3 years, working in the home health, acute, and outpatient settings.

Outside of work I am married with a seven year old daughter. I am an avid college football fan and enjoy being outdoors.

I look forward to serving my community and patients everyday. 👏🏼

Born and raised in local Pittsburg, Texas.

After graduating high school he attended Northeast Texas Community College and then went on to attend the Physical Therapist Assistant program at NTCC.

Troy began his career at the Titus Fit rehabilitation team and for over 6 years he gained experience in numerous settings including:

🔹Inpatient Rehab
🔹Aquatic Therapy

Troy is happily married and has a beautiful family with two beautiful daughters, Emma and Elena.

He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
