My buddy Jonathan Lancaster and I were blessed to finish 7th place yesterday in basschamps at fork. I put the Lews Fishing chatterbait rod and Strike King Lure Company tungsten thunder cricket to work.!.! It was super cold but we had a fun day! Congrats to the guys that caught some giants!

Boat has new carpet and new batteries.
Motor was rebuilt couple years ago and has only been on the water twice since the rebuild. It runs good with no known issues.
It does need cleaned up but for the price it’s well worth it.

Mitch and Simon with Baker Triangle construction put the Lew's rod n Strike King Lure Company 8 # braid to work this morning on a 2 man limit of slabs!
Huge thank you to Mark Bowlby, Mitch, Charlie, Troy, and Preston of Baker Triangle Construction for putting your trust in me to set up this group trip of 55 guys! It was a fun time meeting and talking to them all and a pleasure working with them.
All in all them boys hauled about 800 fish back home with them so they should be having a heck of a fish fry soon!
I want to thank all the guides that helped me out on this one! So thank you Zach, Rhandy, Steve, Curtis, Pake, Bub, Chase, Jonathan, D.B., David H., J.D., Russell R. I couldn’t of done it without all you guys.

Here’s a couple pictures from the last 3 trips this week! Temps were hot but the fishing was great. Tiago n his son even let me sneak a couple good ones in the boat. Day 1 with Tiago we boated 31 fish, his son had the biggest fish that day that was 6.37lbs. Day 2 with Tiago we had 29 fish, biggest was a 7.49lber.
Tim and his son Lucas came out yesterday, boated 18 fish and Tim had a 8.06lber that was about 1/8th short of being an over but a beautiful fish!
All fish were caught on Strike King Lure Company finesse worm on dropshot or shakey head, zeus worm on Texas rig and some on 6xd!
Once again Lew's rods n reels performed flawlessly! I can’t say enough good things about these products!

Connor and Caden put the whoopin on some crappie this morning! Bass fished til 9, they caught several little ones then started crappie fishing. From 9-11:15 it was non stop, put 50 in the box!

I had Matt n Sean fish with me n they put the hurtin on them ol lake fork crappie. 2 man limit both days and the group of 6 guys ended up leaving with 300 fish!
All our fish in my boat were caught on my own hand tied jigs on the Lew's Wally marshall speed shooter with the Wally marshall reel and Strike King Lure Company 10lb contra braid!
The crappie bite has been really good lately, I have days open this week and in august so get with me if y’all want to come out!

I had Josh and his two sons Caden n Cooper out with me this morning. This was their 1st time on lake fork, they booked a half day trip while they were passing through to San Antonio. They definitely didn’t leave disappointed!! Started off the morning with a handful of small fish n then we found a school of good ones. They were hard to get to bite but all 3 of them caught multiple fish over 4lbs. Big fish today was a 6.52. All fish were caught on Strike King Lure Company finesse worm on drop shot and the new Zeus worm on tx rig! The Lew's tournament pro performed flawlessly once again!

The LT 1000 spinning reel is 2 months old but customer stepped on it n broke frame.

Had Randy and Joe out today for a meat haul! Good ol 2 man limit for them to take back to the house! I’m thoroughly impressed with the Lew's Wally marshal speed shooter rod, that rod is awesome. Pair it up with the Wally Marshal reel and Strike King Lure Company 8 braid…. Can feel everything with it!

My buddy Jonathan and I were fortunate enough to finish 6th place in the Tx Shootout on fork yesterday. We found some solid fish in practice but alot of them had moved. We made some adjustments and found some fish around bream beds. All our fish came on a Strike King Lure Company swim jig. My Lew's tournament pro reels are so smooth even after all the abuse we put them through.
Couldn’t be more happier to be represent these companies!
Back to the grinding stone tomorrow when my good customer Keith Clemons gets here for 2 days!

Here’s a few pictures from this past week… it was a really good week, seen alot of new fish push up. Molly and her crew from wisconsin all got a new personal best! The baby rage bug from Strike King Lure Company and Lew's tournament pro has done some serious work on bed fish the last few days!

Chad and Chris with me yesterday and today on fork, these guys are good fishermen and they went to work. Yesterday was a bit slower they caught 14-15 fish with a 6.56 being the biggest. Today was different they boated 29 or 30 fish 7.24lbs was the biggest today but had couple others over 6 and a bunch of 3-4lbers. The best thing about it all is just about every one of them was caught on topwater!

Me and a buddy went out for a couple hours looking around. Didn’t get a lot of bites but the ones we got were mostly good ones. The Strike King Lure Company 1.0 and tungsten 2 tap trap did most of the work today. 6.6 and 6.2 were the 2 biggest, couple other 2-3lbers as well.
