Yesterday’s Akashic record reading event at Sheepish in Racine was so special. Amazing clients and a beautiful turn out. Feeling very grateful ❤️

As the leaves turn and the air crisps, I find myself drawn to the enchanting symbolism of the bear again. 🍁🍂 This spirit animal painting captures the essence of this magnificent creature.

The bear, a symbol of strength and introspection, reminds us to ground ourselves in the present moment. Just as the bear hibernates in winter, we too can take this time to retreat within, reflect on our journeys, and emerge stronger when the sun returns.
Bears are also a symbol of courage and bravery. They teach us to face our fears with unwavering determination. In the midst of change, they remind us to trust our instincts and persevere through life's challenges.

So much work 😮‍💨 but it’s better than staying stagnant, avoiding issues, or reliving the same patterns over and over again. Introspection will lead to healing, but it requires dedication to yourself and the process.

Soooo much deep inner healing goes into everything I do. I believe that’s what makes this work so impactful. It comes from internal deaths and rebirths over and over again. Hard af. But I do it anyway.
