On Friday, March 15th, we hosted our Annual Pillars of Excellence Awards Ceremony. This ceremony is held to recognize our DSL Team Members who hold true to our values and excel in all aspects of our culture’s Pillars of Success, which are: Integrity, Teamwork, Performance, Accountability, Hard Work, Compassion and Creativity.

We were honored and proud to host almost 170 of “the best of the best” community team members across all of our regions at this year’s event. Winning team member categories included: Community Performance Awards, Sales Leader Awards, Culinary Awards, Healthcare Awards, and Team Member Awards.
