Everyone’s path looks a little different.

It’s not always easy being but I’m thankful for my journey. I love how much more creative I am with food now. I love some of the habits it’s forced me into, that are now second nature. I love all the friends I’ve made just over the simple bond of being GF.

The most underrated way I decide to trust eating at a restaurant - the sanitation rating!

Reviews are v helpful but if you are highly sensitive or Celiac, look at their sanitation rating! Anything below 96 I now expect about a 50/50 chance of cross contamination or side effects 😒 below a 93 and I will try my best to find an alternative.

has an impressive sanitation rating 💯 and the BEST pad thai around.

It’s like learning to love sushi, and then becoming gluten-free and worrying about the cross-contamination you can’t see.

Found this goodness at this week! Wish I would have bought another chicken breast to go in it, but pretty pleased with the texture of the noodles, which is my main concern.

If you want spice, def need to add it yourself, but I loved this kit included the crushed peanuts. Also I added 2 eggs and it was a great decision.
