University Park Homeowners Association, (UPHA), is one of the oldest and most active neighborhood associations in the City of Raleigh.
Located between Cameron Village, NC State, Meredith College, and Wade Ave. University Park is a special place, rich with history and natural beauty. For anyone interested in attending, there is an upcoming zoning meeting with the city council on August 20th at 1pm. The zoning case # is z-83-22. This is the property on Turner St where Smoker Friendly is located. The applicant wants to upzone the property to 7 stories in the front portion of Turner St and 5 stories on the remainder of the property. As a resident of University Park, this case could be something you are interested in.

We'll be taking donations of coats of all sizes to donate to A Note in the Pocket. Our spring block party produced +150 lbs of canned food for the food bank. I know we can gather a lot of coats for the this great cause!
