Path to Hope Counseling is now offering Holistic Therapy Intensives with several openings this Fall!
Intensives offer an opportunity of transformation for clients to go deeper in an extended time period to cover more content and help overcome challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression and grief.
Path to Hope Counseling offers 3 hour time blocks for intensives to accelerate the healing process to do more therapeutic work in a shorter period of time instead of once a week therapy which can take a longer period of time to see results.
Clients can choose to do one 3 hour intensive, two of these time blocks or three of them.
My holistic therapy intensives offer a comprehensive approach, integrating yoga, meditation, mindfulness, grounding techniques, breathwork, expressive arts and Brainspotting to help clients address these pain points and embark on a transformative healing journey.

Finishing up training and group coaching to offer Therapy Intensives for clients and I’m super stoked and excited to offer these. I plan to offer both virtual and some in person intensives. For those who don’t know what Intensives are they are a premium service that offers A longer period of time like three hours to address deeper issues like trauma, cover more content, and do more the therapeutic work in a shorter period of time. I intend to make it like a mini retreat, including breath, work, yoga, mindfulness, grounding, and Brain spotting.. Getting it all put together in their couple weeks! I'm offering a 45 minute zoom interest meeting and will discuss an outline of the course on Monday, March 18th at 5:15pm EST, to share the benefits of using yoga in sessions and answer questions.
