So, for freedom to be sustained, it must be renewed quite often.

In plain language; The SCOTUS has attempted to aid tRump's fight against prosecution by declaring his January 6th actions undefined. It says it wants Mr. Smith to present the facts of the case but accuses Judge Chuckin of failing to include those facts in the trial record.

The SCOTUS can't make a decision on a case without facts. In this case, the rational of the common man isn't sufficient with respect to tRump pressuring Pence, not to mention the Georgia State Fulton County Election Commissioner, to commit crimes on his behalf. This SCOTUS chooses to ignore those facts.

Conclusion, the trial cannot happen before the election.

Again, the concept of law we agree to is that of the level of intelligence of the common man or woman.

I believe having recordings of tRump exciting a crowd to violence against Pence and exhorting an election official to malfeasance is enough proof that those actions weren't within the scope of his oath to defend me or you from his imagined foreign or domestic enemies.

The Democrats may be his personal enemies because he refuses to take election results as final. That doesn't mean the Electoral College vote is rigged against his preferred constituency. It means the majority voted against him and the Electoral College ratified the fact that the majority, (in those states where he won the public vote), wasn't large enough to offset the national vote for his opponent.

He lost. It's that simple.

His reaction to the loss was criminal in the fact that he orchestrated a violent insurrection against the government and used his power of office to attempt to defeat an election result.

There was and is no threat to the unity of the nation of states except that tRump proposed then or now. No foreign power, no domestic threat of insurrection or rebellion save that supportive of his attempt to retain power, existed then nor now.

So, the whole of the matter comes down to three facts.

1. The SCOTUS is biased and must be held responsible for perpetuating this fraud on the people. Those Justices who could not find fact in tRump's top down coup attempt must be removed from the bench or nullified by expanding the number of justices on the bench. Force them to convince unbiased justices of the validity of their bias. Take away their majority.

2. The top down coup could not have occurred without Senatorial and Congressional support. The GOP failed to address it's members who engaged in the insurrection by refusing to ratify the Electoral College Vote. Those elected officials should be investigated to determine their roles in the insurrection. The facts should part of public record.

3. This democratic republic was founded on the will of the majority THAT VOTE. Many American citizens do not vote because the Republican Party consistently punishes a political presentation that presents a case of hopelessness. It presents a case of perpetual duress from within and from outside forces seeking to defeat American values and freedom. Meanwhile, they ignore the changes that those values must undergo and have undergone as a result of human and civil rights adaptation and adoptions. Those changes made America great even in the face of blatant atrocities by our political leadership. This adaptation and adoption must be protected, encouraged, and nurtured. No leader should be allowed to challenge the unity of the nation by perverting elections in secret or via open rebellion.

This has been going on since 2012. Yes, he has been touting himself as a Republican solution for over a decade and the only thing that ever worked the way it was predicted to wasn't predicted by him.

People predicted a record breaking deficit during a peacetime administration. He didn't predict that but it happened on his watch.
