Very exciting day at the ground breaking ceremony for the 5th Park mixed use buildings.

Congratulations to Hebron Brick Supply on the ground breaking ceremony today for their new Rapid City, SD location! The new building is a much needed upgrade from their existing facility and will provide multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for them to display their many products.

The new Hot Springs High School Career and Technology Education building is complete and ready for the upcoming school year.

The Box Elder Events Center is a new state-of-the-art facility with professional DMX audio-visual technology, a full-service 1,966 SF catering kitchen, and over 60,000 square feet of event space. Event Center incorporates 3 Multipurpose areas totaling 22,240 SF, four meeting rooms totaling 3,527 SF. Facility provides next-level services for sporting events, conventions, weddings, and so much more.

CC Health has 2 unique spaces, an 1800 SF dispensary and 800 SF paraphernalia store. It was designed as an open, airy space with upscale finishes to provide a comfortable and welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Who wouldn’t want to spend some time on one of the two large patios located on the second floor of the new Security First Bank Headquarters building? These patios not only engage the public corner in both directions but also give users an opportunity to enjoy views from the north and south. This flexible workspace + break area includes seating groups for resting and eating, planter boxes containing trees + native grasses, synthetic turf, and live planting beds that create a green roof.

The new Security First Bank Headquarters building is open for business! The building responds to the specific needs and context of the site and client, both. The project is unique to the area in many ways – including its contemporary aesthetic, environmental considerations, and minimizing operational costs with acute attention to the selection of building systems.

Dolan Creek Senior Living is 3 stories and roughly 53,000 square feet. With open floor plan one- & 2-bedroom options, it has 14 assisted living units on the first floor and 36 independent living units on upper floors. With a full-service kitchen, meals will be prepared for residents daily. The front dining area and lounge for independent residents boasts plenty of natural light and gathering space. The assisted living dining area is cozy, centered around a double-sided fireplace. There is also laundry, recreation, a salon, fitness, & multipurpose areas providing residents with the amenities they need on site.
