**Bedroom remodel** This room started out with outdated wallpaper and a small closet. I updated the space by removing the wallpaper, patching up the walls, and applying a fresh coat of paint to walls and trim. I expanded the closet into a walk in closet with recessed lighting. In addition, I installed a ceiling fan and replaced all the receptacles/cover plates.

Screened in patio with outside seating area. Wood framed half walls with mitten rockaway grey siding on the exterior. White vinyl siding on the interior with a white pvc cap. These screens are by screen-eze and are very strong. They can handle openings up to 12ft x12ft and still remain tight!
The outside seating area railings are Trex Enhance white composite railings with matching posts, caps and base trim.

This is a great space to enjoy the beautiful view!

Front porch deck repairs. Old Wood was ripped out and replaced with Trex toasted sand deck boards. White pvc fascia boards where used for the rim.

Replaced all the deck boards and top cap on the railings. It will all be stained to match once the pressure treated wood drys out enough

This deck came out looking great. Trex clam shell deck boards with single picture frame boarder, black posts with Trex enhance white rails and black balusters. White pvc trim board on the face and as risers. There’s a clam shell cocktail rail on top of the railings.

Another deck finished! Trex clam shell with deckoraters white railings. Veranda privacy fence installed along neighbors side.

Just finished!! 24x14 Trex saddle deck with matching saddle railings. There’s a 4x4 landing for the stairs. There will be a full cover build on top! This will be a very nice area to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
