Job Requirements:
The Visit Supervisor is responsible for observing and documenting visitations between parents and their children. The Visit Supervisor provides constructive, honest feedback to staff and clients in a manner that is supporting them to attain their goals. The Visit Supervisor builds respectful boundaries with parents, children, and foster parents while also providing encouragement and resources.
Must be able to work Saturday mornings.
Preferred Abilities:
The Visit Supervisor should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to thrive in the job, be energetic, creative, able to multi-task, and work well with others. Ability to nurture and empower program participants. Ability to establish positive relationships with people from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Must have a clean DMV record, be able to pass a DOJ Background Check, and TB/health screening
Hours: 20+ per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
