In two hours, Michelle will discuss multiple topics including:
* The different phases of your monthly cycle.
* How to partner with your body instead of punishing it through diets and exercise.
* Your nervous system: How your body keeps score.
* Breath: The ultimate tool to manage yourself and connect to your body.
During the last 30 minutes of the workshop we will be practicing some breath work and body connection through gentle movement. Wear comfortable clothes and come ready to learn!
Price: $40 per person, $20 for ladies 17 and younger.

The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks.
Aside from the breadth or totality of fitness the CrossFit Program seeks, our program is distinctive, if not unique, in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, constant training and practice with functional movements, and the development of successful diet strategies.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
The CrossFit prescription is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. You will build relationships with your coaches and classmates and by working hard, eating clean, and taking care of yourself you WILL SEE AND FEEL YOUR RESULTS!
