Thursdays in Redondo? Then enjoy some of our popular “Chicken Enchiladas Suizas” Shredded chicken wrapped in flour tortillas, topped with our green sauce , crema fresca, queso fresco and cilantro.

Marinated sauteed shrimp stuffed into a roasted pasilla chili with pico de gallo, topped with ranchero and mole sauce and sprinkled with queso fresco.

Eggs, bacon, rice and refried beans. Topped with ranchero sauce and cheese. Served with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.

Weekend brunch! “French Toast - Special” Two pieces of Brioche bread dipped into a house-made batter and cooked until golden brown. Topped with a fruit mix, chocolate, dulce de leche, powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Green Mexican hominy and chicken soup flavored with mild green chilies and tomatillos. Served with avocado, radish, red onions, cabbage and tostadas on the side.
