Pomada cocktail 👆:
1.5 oz Botanist Gin
1 oz lemon
1 oz mint syrup
crushed ice + mint garnish

Tinto de Verano embodies the laid-back and sociable spirit of Spanish culture, providing a cooling and enjoyable beverage for warm summer days. 🇪🇸

This refreshing Spanish drink translates to “red wine of summer.” It’s a popular beverage enjoyed especially during hot weather for its simplicity and thirst-quenching qualities. It’s typically made with a dry red, lemon soda, or sparkling lemonade and ice.

We created our own fresh lemon/lime syrup alongside our favorite sweet vermouth for our menu.

Tinto de Verano (Summer Red Wine):
2 oz Dry Red Wine75 oz Cocchi vermouth75 oz Lemon/Lime Syrup
3 oz Soda
Garnish with lemon wheel

Try a Marianito 🇪🇸:

2.5 oz Vermut Lastau5 oz Gin 5 oz Campari
3 dashes Angostura

Stir, and strain into a coupe
Garnish: Orange Twist + Green Olive
